For business owners

You built something worth keeping.

Selling a business you have spent years building is one of the biggest decisions you will make. We make the process clear, keep it confidential and treat what you have built with the respect it deserves, from the first call to the day after completion.

Why owners choose us

Many buyers in this market work to a fixed exit date. We do not. We are not a fund, and we buy businesses to keep them.

That changes how we behave after completion. We do not need to strip out costs in year one to hit a return. We can invest in the fleet, the sites and the people, and give that investment time to work.

It also changes the conversation with you. You are not selling to someone who will sell again in four years. You are handing over to an owner who wants your name to still mean something in twenty.

What stays the same

  • Your people. We intend to keep the team and their terms. They are a large part of why we are buying.
  • Your name. In almost every case it stays, on the vehicles, the invoices and the front door.
  • Your customers. The same people, the same service, the same phone numbers.
  • Your say. Stay involved in a role and for a period we agree together.

What we bring

  • Drive and genuine care. We do not buy a business to sit on it. We put our time, energy and heart into growing it, and we look after the people who built it.
  • Transformation. We take a business that already works and make it even stronger: a sharper operation, clearer direction and a plan for the next decade, built with the team who know it best.
  • Innovation, with AI at its core. Modern systems, automation and AI tools that take repetitive work off your team: smarter routing and scheduling, faster billing and clearer reporting.
  • Room to grow. New customers, contracts and locations, built on the reputation you created.
  • A clear succession plan, agreed with you before completion, so your team knows exactly what comes next.

What to expect

Your business. Your pace.

We know this is more than a transaction. It represents years of early starts, difficult decisions and people you care about. From the first conversation you will deal directly with the people making the decisions, everything stays confidential, and nothing moves faster than you are comfortable with. We aim to complete within six to twelve months, working alongside your own advisers to get every detail right.

  • In confidence from day one

Your staff, customers and competitors hear nothing until you are ready.

  • Straight answers

Honest views on value and timing, and no surprises late in the process.

  • A handover planned with you

Your role, your timetable and your team, agreed before completion.

Questions

What owners ask us.

If your question is not here, ask us directly. Every conversation is confidential.

What should I prepare for a first discussion?

A short description of the business, the last three years of accounts and an idea of your preferred timing are enough to start. Detailed customer and staff information can wait until a confidentiality agreement is in place.

How do you value a business?

We look at sustainable profit over several years, the quality of contracts and customers, the condition of the fleet and sites, and how much the business depends on you. We explain our reasoning openly so you can test it with your own advisers.

Will my staff know I am talking to a buyer?

Not unless you choose to tell them. Early conversations are confidential, and we agree with you when and how the team is told.

Do I have to stay on after the sale?

That is your choice. Some owners stay for several years in a chairman or advisory role, others prefer a handover of a few months. We agree it before completion.

What happens to the business name?

In almost every case it stays. Your name carries goodwill with customers and staff, and we have no interest in losing that.

Should I use a broker or adviser?

We always recommend taking independent legal and tax advice. If you already work with a broker or corporate finance adviser, we are happy to deal with them directly.
